How to apply: The JET Prospectus-cum-Application Form can be obtained from the office of the Board or Polytechnic Institutions or designated branches of Punjab National Bank on making a payment of Rs 250/- at the counter.

As you have not mentioned the state but am providing you the details of Delhi Polytechnic Entrance Exam Last Date.

The sure last date for getting form is 30th April 2012.

Please mention the state to get the exact answer .

Polytechnic exam is for pursuing Diploma in Technical Education.

There are lot of good technical universities so let me know if you are planning from any specific one will tell you its details.

You did not mention which state you belongs and which Polytechnic examination forms are you told. This is not clear.
