UKPCS stands for Uttrakhand Public Service Commission and the same examination is held for the appointment of deserving persons at the higher administrative post within the same state.

Similar to UPSC and all other State PSC the examination is conducted in three stages which are Preliminary Test, Mains and Personal interview organised in mentioned order. Also the eligibility criteria for the same are as here under:-

--> You must have the nationality of India.

--> You must have a bachelor's degree with any discipline from a recognized university.

--> Your age must be within 21 years to 30 years if you are a general candidate otherwise there is the provision of upper age limit relaxation of 3 years, 5 years and 10 years for the OBC, SC/ST and Physically handicapped candidates as per the norms.

Also the maximum attempts provided to crack the same examination also differs with the differing categories.

Uttar Pradesh State government increased the maximum age limit for candidates appearing in the examinations conducted by UPPSC from 35 years to 40 years. The educational qualification that is required to appear for PCS exam is graduation degree in any discipline form recognized college.

Dear Aspirant,
THE age limit required to appear for uttarakhand PSC exam candidate must have completed atlea st 21 years of age & on the other hand, the maximum age of the candidate should not exceed more than 42 years.
all those candidate who wish apply for UK PSC exam should necessarily be having a degree/diploma as per mentioned in the notification.
it is necessary that the degree/diploma must be from a reputed & recognized institution /university.
