Career is what you make after completing your education. Education is not only related to exams and books. Whatever you learn is education- knowledge, skills, habits, arts, music, dance, singing etc.
When you master one particular thing/subject/art, you make it your profession and that becomes your career. It is related to youth because during your early days as a youth you plan your career. Consequently, it becomes an important for youth because when you grow old it becomes difficult to plan your career in professional world if you are jobless/unemployed. But, that does not mean education and career is only for young people and not for older generation.
