My daughter's DoB- 26/06/2006. She passed 8th exam in March-2018 and took admission 9th in April-2018. So, please tell us the minimum age limit for appearing the 10th class board exam under ICSE Board? Will she be able to write?

No specific age limit is required for appearing in ICSE 10th standard board examinations. Candidates who have qualified 9th standard and those who are pursuing 10th standard are eligible to apply for ICSE 10th standard board examinations. If your school has offered admission to you according to the norms specified by the state government then, without worrying about the age limit, you are eligible to appear in ICSE 10th standard board examinations.

ICSE stands for Indian Certificate of Secondary Education does not have the certain limitation on the age of board examination.

The candidate must be of 5 years at the admission in class I. So it is generally believed that the age of candidates is about 15 years at the board examination.
