Hi dear..

OP means Open Category which is Gen category only, but in all most every exam gen is not written but OP is written.

OPPH means Open Category Physically Handicapped ie people who are physically handicapped and belong to Gen Category.

Now coming to second part of your question, here is the cut off for BITS Mesra Ranchi 2011 For IT and CIVIL Branches . The first opening and closing rank in bothe is of West Bengal State.
