I have done 10+2 with 54% marks.I would like to know what are the other options available for me beside engineering.

You have the option to either continue studies in the same stream or to change streams. You can go in for Bachelors in Science course in any stream of your choice or go in for BCA course. If you would like to change you go in for graduation in Commerce or Arts stream. Also if you are interested in more creative areas then you can go for interior designing, fashion designing. Take an decision based on what interests you.

Don't worry you can give engg. entrance because all exam critera is only 50%


some exam kept only criteria is 60%.............

1.you can GIVE AIEEE
2.STATE ENGG. ENTRANCE EXAM

including engineering.

There are various options available in the market like designing, mass communication, multimedia, animation, computer, business studies etc etc. You can opt any of these subjects as per your choice. There are so many after your 10+2 besides engineering. You can go for B.Sc(hons) in any science subject. Otherwise you can go for BCA or BBA course. And there are also some other job oriented courses. They are,-
1. animation
2. interior designing
3. hotel management
4. fashion designing
5. media science
6. aviation
7. tours and travel management

Besides Engineering there are lot of options after 12th one can choose as per his interest and ability.

First of all you can go with Under Graduate course like:-

Bachelor of Arts/Science/Commerce
Bachelor of Law - LL.B.
Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA
Bachelor of Computer Application - BCA

After which you can apply for lots of job opportunity in:-

CDS - Combined Defence Service
Civil Service Exam to become IAS/IP/IFS/IRS etc.
Banking job like Clerical and P.O. job

After 12th you can go with any professional course like:-

Chartered Accountancy - CA
Company Secretary - CS
Cost and Work Accountant - CWA

You can go with Hotel Management/Mass Communication/Nutrition and Catering Technology etc. after 12th.

Answer:If you got 54% marks in 12th,you can go for B.Sc or other graduation degrees.After completion this you can prepare for UPSC or other Government jobs.If you are not interested in this then there are some other job courses
that you can prefer such as:
1.Hotel Management
2.Tour and Travel Management
3.Animations
4.Fashion Designing

Is there any disadvantages while altering from science to arts stream after passing class 12??
