India is the Second largest country in the world on the basis of population and Seventh largest in the world on the basis of area .

According to the Census 2011, the present population of India is about 1.21 Billion i.e;121 Crores with the population density of 382 per Sq. KM .I

The most populous state of the India is Uttar Pradesh with almost 20 Crores citizen .

Also the least populous state of India is Sikkim with almost 6.1 Lakhs people .

The 65% of this total population is below the age of 35 years so India has the highest youth percentage all around the world .
