What is the procedure to get an engineer post in NBHEL Hyderabad?


ill be completing mechanical engineering from NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,TRICHY in may 2013,i want to get posted as an" engineer trainee" in bhel hyderabad itself,so what is the procedure for getting an engineer post in nbhel hyderabad ?
