10th class is the lowest qualification so as to apply for TTE post in railways. Lower age limit to apply for the same is 16 years. To join for this post, qualify written exam by RRB. RRB website will give you specific details on this exam. Candidates have to clear this aptitude based questions first. If you get through this test, personal interview is the last level of selection.

TTE stands for Travelling Ticket Examiner.

Railway Recruitment Board(RRB) conducts entrance exam to make recruitment for the post of TTE in Indian Railways.

The eligibility criteria for getting job as TTE are as under:-

The candidate must have passed 10th class with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized state or central board.

The candidate who have either passed 12th or hold a diploma degree can also apply for the exam.

The candidate age limit to apply for the post is from 18 years to 25 years.Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories like SC/ST by 5 years and OBC candidates by 3 years.

The Selection Process for the TTE post involves of Written Test and Interview.

The Syllabus for Written test are:

Aptitude

General English

General Knowledge

Logical and Analytical Reasoning
