Intelligence Bureau comes under Ministry of External Affairs of India.

If you have completed graduation degree from recognized university with minimum marks then you are applicable for intelligence officer Exam.

Your age should be below 27 years old.Age relaxation provide for reserved category .

Selection procedure is based on the WRITTEN TEST and INTERVIEW .

Pattern for Intelligence Bureau Exam :-

1.General awareness
2.Mathematical Aptitude
3.Reasoning
4.English language

You should maintain below given physical criteria -

HEIGHT=157.5 cm
WEIGHT= As per height
EYE SIGHT = 6/6 for Both eyes, No color blindness

Total Time: 200 Minutes(3 Hour 20 Minutes)

QUALIFICATION FOR INTELLIGENCE OFFICER:

To become Intelligence officer you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC (Staff selection commission)board every year.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduation in any discipline

AGE LIMIT : 20 - 27 years
Upper age relaxation will applicable SC/ST candidates for 5 years and OBC candidates for 3 .

Dear Aspirant,


For becoming an intelligence officer a candidate have to,apply for the exam of Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam which is conducted by Selection Staff Commission every year......

This exam is conducted every year for the IB post under the SSC level in two stages :

1. Written Test and

2. Personal Interview


Eligibility and Criteria :


1. A candidate must have completed at least their graduation,degree in any field can apply for this exam....

2. A candidate,mist have secure at least 55% in their academic career....

3. Age of candidate should be at least 20 years...

4. Age should not exist 27 years..

5. Relaxation for OBC 3 years on upper age..

6. For ST/ST 5 years on upper age provided....

7. A candidate must have Nationality of India.....
