Hello , I am doing graduation ( B.a ) Final year . This is my last year course . i have these subjects . Hindi , English , Political Science , Physical Education . And i want to be a Journalist . what qualification is need for journalist job . Or there have any opportunity for me in this line . Please suggest me . I am very confused about my Future .

The qualification required for the journalist job is following:-

- The Eligibility criteria to become a Journalist is that you should be 12th pass in any stream from a recognized university.

- The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in aggregate in the 12th class to join any good college.

-The candidate must have good communication skills and linguistic skills and writing skills and listening skills.

To become a journalist one has to pass any one of the following course;

B.A( Hons ) Journalism (News)
B.A( Hons ) Journalism (broadcast)
B.A( Hons )Journalism (Multimedia)
Diploma in Journalism
B.Sc. in Journalism
P.G. in Journalism

I am a arts student of 1st year. After my graduation can I eligible for any job on journalism with out do any journalism course? plz reply....

You need to be proficient in English, join book clubs and look about social causes. Try to take up blog writing and get teachers recommendation. Join as a intern in a newspaper or a internet website, like buzzfeed, TOI etc

For getting the job in journalism section one must have to so the course of graduation or diploma in the journalism section.As you have completed your BA as graduation degree so now you can do the diploma course in journalism than only you can get the job as journalist.
