There is a good relation between BBA and MBA.

Both are commerce related courses being offered by number of colleges in India but the duration of BBA course is 3 years and the duration of MBA course is 2 years.

Some colleges will offer Integrated MBA course where in you can completed BBA and MBA same time from same college.

If you do MBA course after BBA, many of the subjects and concepts that you have gone through in your BBA course will be repeated in MBA course. Such a kind of advantage you have with this.

IIMs and B-Schools are the top institutes offering MBA course.

You can get direct admission for BBA course in many of the colleges.

But to get admission for MBA course, you have to crack any of the following Entrance Exams.
CAT
MAT
GMAT
XAT etc.

The only thing that I can suggest you is join these courses in a college that have top academic standards.
