Default Re: What is the requirement for Physical Fitness?

If your question indicates how to remain physically fit then, "To remain physical fit you need to take care of your body as you take care of any other important thing in your life. You will have to follow a routine. Atleast 2 hours of physical training like running, stretching, power training and meditation every day. You might do it on alternate day as well. But, remember to follow it as a routine."

You also have to maintain a diet which is healthy for your body- fresh and green vegetables, low calories food, fruits, food cooked with less oil.
If you are asking about the physical fitness trainer than i must inform you that there are different grades in this field for different sports, for which the requirement is different. If you want to become a natural fitness trainer which includes only keeping people (not related to sports) fit then you must have an athletic body and loads of energy. You need to keep a close watch on the upcoming development in health science.

You should have good communication skills. A certificate from top B. Schools is not much of a necessity. Must have adequate knowledge of weightlifting, aerobics, cycling, swimming, yoga (kick boxing, karate tai-chi can be an added advantage) etc. If you have trained in nutrition or dietician programs it shall work wonders.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
