Sir i want to know what is the salary after i complete mtech after btech with polytechnic diploma

I have 46% aggregate together in b.sc. 1st & 2nd year.My 3rd year exam will be held in one month later.after which i hope to secure 55% altogether in graduation.jnu biotech m.sc entrance requires 55% marks.in this condition having below 55% in 2 year except third year can i seat for this jnu exam.During jnu exam my 3rd year result will not be published.So at that time i have only first year result in my hand.
