by itself.If uou want to do better then after completing BCA rhen i,would suggest you to pursue further for MCA.

and/or some relevant certifications like MCSE and CCNA for Networking or a DST for Testing. and you can opt for courses like Java, J2EE, C++,

1. You can apply for jobs in IT companies or public sectors like Banks, Railways, Airways, Public Service Commission, Bharath heavy Electrical....
2. You can go for higher studies or post graduation courses like MCA, MBA, Mtech, M.Sc-IT
If you are opting to earn more , then you can opt for higher studies . complete your post graduation then join a good company.

After BCA you should go for MCA/ MBA/ MSC, as far as my concern. After completing BCA, judge yourself, either you are ready for current industry. Today, industry requires technically sound professionals for their daily work and competitive market.

If you are interested to do job, you can get jobs as a Junior Software Engineer/ Associate Software Engineer/ Database Administrator in companies like: Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Accenture and so many MNC companies securing consistent marks in 10th, 10+2 and BCA degree.

If you don't have monetary problem, it is better to go for Masters degree which mentioned above.

After completion of Master degree, you can get a very good job in IT sector with better salary package and better designation. Not only that, ready yourself for today's competitive market with these qualities:
1. You must have a good technical knowledge.
2. You must have good Personality.
3. Your Body language will be also judged.
