i did not mention my e-mail id in application form.what should i do to get e-certificate?

You are talking about the E certificate of the University Grant Commission National Eligibility test. To obtain the e certificate of NET exam, you can visit the official website of the UGC NET.

The official website of UGC NET is www.ugcnetonline.in. Here you can provide the email id and date of birth to download the e certificate. If you applied in offline mode, you need to provide roll number, date of birth and session to get the e certificate.

If you have forgot the email id then contact the UGC at the email id [email protected] for downloading the certificate.

E-Certificate simply means "Electronic Certificate" and to get this certificate an aspirant will have to take participation in online education center which provides online education facility.
