What should be the minimum age to be eligible for NDA exam in 2023?

I'm 14 years old now and presently studying in class 9th standard. At which age and class can I appear for NDA exam? Will I be eligible to write the NDA exam in 2022 or 2023? Is there any age relaxation for any caste for NDA examination?
