What is the standard procedure to get Migration Certificate after class 10th?

Hi, I have completed my class 10th Board exams and want to take admission in class 11th in another High School for which I need Migration Certificate. How can I get the same? Is there any charges? Will I get it from school only or the education board?

It is the responsibility of the school to issue you the migration certificate when you pass your 10th standard but if they do not provide you then you can write an application to the regional office of your CBSE board and mentioning the demand of migration certificate along with your roll number and name and send it to the regional office of your board.
They will send you a form which you will have to fill and a demand draft which you will have to make in the bank according to their instructions.
After all these formalities they will issue you the certificate within duration of two months.

Procedure to get migration certificate after class 10th:-
You will have to go to the school and ask for the migration certificate from the clerk of the school where you have completed your class 10th.
Within few days you will get your migration certificate from the school.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
