Dear Sir/Mam, I'm serving soldier in Indian Army and present deployed in far-flung border area in northeast. My daughter Shruti Rajesh Shastrakar was in KV PL Meerut Cantt and passed SSC during AE 2015-16. I have properly applied for Migration Certificate along with downloaded application form and SBI DD worth ₹ 235/-. But DEHRADUN office sent me only an application form duly stamped and quoting receipt no (I. e. 12291) and dated 02 Sep 2017 by red ball pen. Her (daughter) college denied accepting the form which was received by post from CBSE regional office Dehradun and asking Migration Certificate in standard form and not a receipted application for migration certificate. Now the last date with double late fee is 24 Nov 2017. I am feeling very helpless and unable to go personally to Dehradun office from my duty station. Shall I get it online, please? Please help me.

Dear sir,
I need urgently ssc migration certificate , so what's the procedure.. or can I collect directly from cbse regional office dehradun.
