Syllabus of manage trainee in sail

ELIGIBILITY:

Upper Age : 30 years as on 1.5.2012, i.e., not born earlier than 1.5.1982

Minimum Qualification:
Management Trainees(Technical):
Degree in Engg. (full time) with 65% marks (average of all semesters), in the
disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E&T, Instrumentation, Ceramics
and Chemical Engineering

Management Trainees(Administration):

For HR and Materials :
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks (average of all subjects) with at
least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in
HR/PM&IR/Pers /MHROD for HR and Production/Operations/Materials Mgmt. for
Materials disciplines.

For MT -Finance : CA/ICWA

Selection process:
written test
Interview

Written test syllabus: the written test divided in the three stages:

stage 1: general aptitude and reasoning, english, General aweareness
stage 2: comprehension types questions
stage 3: in which question related to you engineering subjects

SAIL Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

=>To give the SAIL exam you need to have a B.Tech degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, metallurgy, ceramics, electronics and communication, civil, instrumentation, computer science engineering.

=>You need to ensure minimum 65% marks at graduation level.

=>You need to be within 30 years to sit for this exam. For SC/ST candidates there is age relaxation upto 5 years and for OBC candidates its 3 years.
