Re: What is the syllabus for SSC exam for Mathematics?
Hi Dear
Syllabus for SSC exam for Mathematics:- Arithmetic Ability : The Syllabus of paper I or arithmetic ability of SSC Graduate level Tier II exam is based on the syllabus of class 8th , 9th and 10th. The syllabus is quite easy and confined to following topics: Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers Fundamental Arithmetical Operations Percentage Ratio and Proportion Average, Interest Profit and Loss, Discount Use of Table and Graphs Mensuration Time and Distance Ratio and Time etc. To study these topics candidates must refer to books of class 8th, 9th and 10th of CBSE. However, the examination is meant to check the professional ability of the candidates and there is not much emphasis on the subjective understanding of the subject. To get success in this exam candidate must work on short formula for typical arithmetical problems. It is advised that candidates must go through magic books or formula books of arithmetic and try to increase the speed of problem solving. Good Luck.............. |
