What is the upper age criteria for Loco Pilot in Indian Railways?


Hello team, I have graduated from Delhi University in Political Science honors. I know its to late. But I really want to become a Loco Pilot in Indian Railways. My age is 25 years. Am I eligible at this age? Please help me to clear me doubt's in this. Currently I am eligible or not?

Upper Age limit for Assistant Loco Pilot in Indian Railways is 28 years. While lower age limit is 18 years.

Note that relaxation is also offered to reserved category candidates i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/ExSM.

Selection Process for Locopilot post is Written Exam followed by Personal Interview.

Since, your age is 25 years, so you can apply for Locopilot post.

Yes,ofcourse you are eligible for the post of Loco Pilot in Indian Railways as the Upper Age limit is of 25-28 years.

Moreover the Age Relaxation is also applicable for the reserve caste candidate.
