Company Secretary guide the company in almost all the matter of the company whether it is financial,legal or management matter of the company.CS can also guide on the corporate governance,ethics etc

CS is basically legal advisor of the company.

Company Secretary Candidate with law degree can expect very BEST salary package.

Minimum eligibility to join the course is 10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification from recognized board.But graduate from recognized university need not to clear the first stage of the company secretary course.

Salary after completing your CS course depends on your ability and experience in your internship, you need to join good companies for higher salaries , anyway 30k sall be a minimum pay for a fresher anywhere.
