ICSI stands for Institute of Company Secretary of India.
It is established for development of company secretary in India.
Courses offered by ICSI are
-Integrated Company Secretaryship Course
-Post Membership Course(PMC)
-ICSI IGNOU course
-Corporate Compliance Executive Cetificate
-ICSI-CISI Membership and qualification

ICSI conducts entrance examination twice in every year in June and December.
Also, various certificate and semester examination for different courses in ICAI are conducted in June and December too.

For the student who have already enrolled in the institute and applied for December examination, last date to make changes in their filled form is 6th December 2015 available only online medium.
