now i am a student of 4th yaar.iwill be passed out .i want to appear this exam.when will be bsnl jto examination held on?plz notice that.

BSNL dates are still not publish......yet so keep checkin the websitewww.bsnl.co.in
notification mostly come in the month of feb and exam will be held in april/may.
But BSNL is now days looking for VRS(Voluntary Retirement) for the old employees which is delayed as per sources so BSNL JTO Recruitment 2011 plan is on HOLD or CANCELLED..

Qualifications:
Subject For BSNL JTO Telecom:
Applier must have Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equal Engineering degree in any of the following fields from an accredited engineering college/university:

• Telecommunication,
• Electronics,
• Radio,
• Computer,
• Electrical,
• Information Technology,
• Examinees appearing in the final year degree exam may also apply.

dear friend,

this exam is held at august in every year .
but in this year they are not organizing this exam .
don't know why ..
but this is the main govt exam where for ECE branch there are so much seats.

DETAILS ABOUT BSNL JTO EXAM

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

JTO-TELECOM

Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university.

i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.
vi. Information Technology

Final year student are eligible for JTO exam..

JTO-CIVIL

You must have Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University.

JTO-ELECTRICAL

You must have Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution/University.

AGE LIMITATION:-

The maximum age for JTO exam is 30 years.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

NATIONALITY:-

Only Indian Citizen are applicable.

For this year BSNL JTO exam date not announced yet.

BSNL JTO - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officers

Every year the notification for JTO exam (junior telecom officer) for BSNL is relaeased in febraury.This year the exam is already over.
So for 2012 , you can expect it in the month of febraury.
The number of vacancies are 3945.

Age eligibility:
You must be over 21 years of age and be less than 30 years.
Relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST.

The total vacancies under JTO will be divided into

1. JTO Telecom

Eligibilty:
Engineering degree in any of the following streams Electronics, Telecommunications, Radio, Computers, Electrical or Information Technology.

2.JTO Civil

Eligibilty:
a Civil Engineering degree.

3. JTO Electrical.

Eligibilty:
an Electrical Engineering/Technology degree.

The exam will be held in the month of April/May . Selected candidates will be called for Interviews.

BSNL JTO stands for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officer. This exam will held according to the vacancies in Telecom Field.

Eligibility criteria for BSNL JTO exam:
You should have complete graduation degree in one of stream below mentioned >> Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering
>>Computer Engineering
>>Electrical Engineering
>>Radio Engineering
>>Instrumentation Engineering
And your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

If you fulfilled with above mention criteria,then you can appear for this year BSNL JTO exam.

sir,i am btech final year student of eee stream ,passing out in 2012.can i appear for any bsnl exams other than jto since i have a doubt that if i should apply or not for the exam.
