When will be the test start for cat 2016 exam and how much are chances of getting exam centre at bangalore if my first preference was bangalore?

CAT Exam will be nearby November month.While filling the application form , you will have to choose the exam centres. Your chances will be more & more to get bangalore exam centre as you apply as early as possible.

Eligibility
You must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50%.

Exam Pattern
There will be three sections
1) Quantitative Aptitude (QA)
2)Data Interpretation
3)Logical Reasoning (DILR) and Verbal and Reading Comprehens ion (VRC).
QA and VRC will have 34 questions each and DILR will have 32 questions.
- Each correct answer is awarded 3 marks.
- 1 Mark Nagative for each wrong answer

- Apply online at website:- https://iimcat.ac.in from 06th August to 25th September 2015
- Admit Card Download Window - 25th October 2015
- CAT 2015 Date - 29th November 2015 (Sunday)
- CAT 2015 Result - Second week of January 2016

Recently, CAT 2015 has been conducted on 29th November 2015.

Important Dates of CAT 2015 were:
Online Application Form Starts: 6th August to 20th September 2015
Admit Card download: 25th October till Exam date
Exam Date: 29th November 2015
CAT 2015 Result: second week of January 2016

Eventually, CAT 2016 will be conducted in the month of November, 2016.

CAT 2016 Exam is a computer based test.

So, in case the seats in Bangalore are filled then you may be allotted for other nearby exam centre.

Or the one that you have chosen as your second preference.

Admit card can be downloaded from second week of October .
It seems exam is going to be held on third week of November .

- CAT sale of voucher and Registration : August, 2016 to September 2016

- Download Admit Card : October, 2016

- Computer Based Test : November, 2016

- Declaration of Result : January, 2016

At the time of registration, though the candidates will have an option to select any four cities as per their preference from a drop-down menu. They will try their best to give the center according to the preferences of a candidates according to the registration date if it is not possible then you will be given the second center that you have selected for CAT exam.

Hello sir my name is Krishna I have completed my B.E from Mechanical stream. Right now I mam not doing anything or what I think I don't have that much of skills which can help me to getting a job. I just want know is there any chance to get job after Doing C-DAC course. I ready to do course but I have some doubts regarding this. So can you please tell that what are the causes are available according to my stream.

CAT Common Admission Test is conducted through IIM for admission in MBA course which is a post graduate course . CAT entrance exam is conducted to get admission in good college according to there rank .

The eligibility criteria :

The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university with 50% marks in aggregate & 45% marks in aggregate for reserved candidates.

The final year candidates can also apply for this exam.

Important Dates for CAT 2016:

Publication of official notification: June 2016

Starting date for online registration: August 2016

Closing date to apply online: September 2016

Issue of Admit Card: October 2016

Entrance exam date: November 2016

Publication of result: December 2016

CAT Registration Fee:


For general and the OBC candidates the registration fee is Rs 1600/.

And for the SC/ST and physically disabled Candidates the registration fee is Rs 800/.
