Yes, MCA post graduates are eligible to apply for CAT 2016 Examination. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in Common Admission Test Recruitment Exam 2016 is "Graduate Degree" or a Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must have secured minimum 50% marks in Graduation and 45% marks in case of of Differently Abled, SC and ST Category. Since you have completed MCA i.e., you might have definitely passed Graduate Degree from a recognized university. So based on this eligibility criteria, I am sure you are certainly eligible to apply for CAT Examination and Make sure you secured more than 50% marks either in Graduation or Post Graduation in order to be eligible.

CAT stands for Common Admission Test.
It is conducted by all Indian Institutes of Managements(IIMs) every year for admission in various Masters program in IIMs.
CAT score card is required at the time of admission in IIMs.

CAT-2015 is going to organize on 29th November 2015.
Its registration process is already concluded in August.
Also, a very important news for CAT-2015 that it will be conducted on the basis of previous pattern as used in 2007-08.
So, candidates who have not applied this year will have to wait for CAT-2016.
Eligibility for CAT are
-Candidate must hold Bachelor degree in any disciple from recognized university with at least 45% marks.
-Candidates appearing in final examination of Bachelor degree are also eligible to apply.

So, you can apply for CAT-2016 even if you have completed MCA as candidate should have Bachelor degree and there is no restriction that a candidate having Master degree is not eligible.
