I want to know that when ugc slet exam 2015 in gujarat will be held? Please tell me the Ugc slet exam dates in gujarat

GSET Exam 2015

Last year Gujarat SET authority, with University of Baroda announced 10th Gujarat State Eligibility test on 19th of October 2014 which was held on Sunday for lectureship in universities and college of Gujarat state. It conducts GSET exam for 20 different subjects. Those candidates who have completed or studying final year of master’s degree from recognized university are eligible for GSET exam. Those candidates who have secured at least 55% marks under general category in master’s degree are only eligible. For reserved candidates it has been reduced to 50%. Reserved candidates includes OBC in non creamy layer, SC, ST, PH and VH Category candidates.

Exam consists of three papers with objective type questions. Paper I is of 100 marks, paper II is also of 100 marks and Paper III under second session consists of75 questions for 150 marks.

Important Dates: (Previous dates as GSET has not announced the dates yet for 2015 but can take last year dates as reference)

• Starting of online application submission and fee collection: 20th May 2014
• Last Date for Bank challan generation: 02 July 2014,
• Last Date for Fee collection: 02 July 201
• Last Date for Online application submission: 05 July 2014
• Last Date for receipt of application with documents: 10th July 2014
• Gujarat SET Exam: 19th Oct 2014.

This year SLET has announced their date of exam as 14 june so you have got some less time for exam

And this exam will be for ugc too so just prepare good for the exam so that you can get your desired marks in the exam good schedule is always a key for these exams

Gujarat State Government conducts GSET(Gujarat State Eligibility Test) exam to select the Lecturer in university or colleges in state of Gujarat.

To appear in GSET exam candidates must have complete their Master’s Degree from recognize university with atleast 55% Marks.

There is no upper age limit for appearing in this exam. Candidate can apply online mode.

Application fee of General and OBC candidate is 825 Rs.
Reserve candidate application fee is 725 Rs.

Important Dates -

Online Application submission and fee Collection Start From - 20 May, 2015.
Last date for Fee submission is - 02 July, 2015.
Closing date for Online Application Submission - 05 July, 2015
Gujarat SET Examination Date - 12/10/2015.
