Is the question based on mililary or normal subjects like maths,eng etc

NDA stands for National Defence Acadamy.
NDA Exam:- Recruitment of candidates to Army, Navy and Air force wings of the National Defence Academy (NDA), is through National Defence Academy Entrance Exam which is held twice a year, generally in the month of April and September. NDA exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

NDA stands for the National Defense service examinations.This examination is conducted twice every year by the UPSC.

First of all let me tell you in brief about the eligibility criteria for the NDA examinations:

>>You should be 10+2 passed or appearing for it with mathematics and english as compulsory subjects from a board that is recognized like CBSE,ICSE etc.

Age criteria:16.5-19 years

Martial status and sex : Unmarried male only

Nationality : Indian.

Now coming to your query:

The date of registration for the NDA I has already passed ,now you have to wait for the application form of the NDA 2 examinations that will conducted in august and for which important dates are as below:

Date of starting of registration:04/05/2013

Last date of receiving application:03/06/2013

Date of examination:11/08/2013.

You can apply online at www.upsconline.nic.in.If you wish to applying in offline mode then you need to purchase application form from your nearest Head Post office.Fill in all details ,and send it to the specified address.

However I would suggest you to go for the Online mode as there is less probability of errors here.

Eligibility:

The candidate should:

> > Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities.

> > Have Physics & Maths in 10+2 if he has applied for Navy & Air Force.

> > Be an unmarried male.

Details on NDA Forms

National Defence Academy(NDA) Exam is conducted for recruitment of candidates to the following wings :-

>> you should be an Indian citizen

>> you should not be less than 16 1/2 years of age and not any more than 19 years..

>> should have completed your 12th through a recognized board (in Maths and Physics for Air Force and Indian Navy)

>> eye-sight should be good and candidate must be physically fit to be able to clear the medical exam..

Written Exam tests you on :-

General Ability Test & Mathematics

Rounds which you need to clear before getting selected are :-

>> Written Exam
>> Interview Round
>> Medical Exam

The NDA-1 is going to be held on 14th April,2013

The forms for the exam were available from 22nd December,2012 to 21st January,2013

In case you have missed out on the date for applying for the NDA-1 then you can apply for NDA-2 which is scheduled to be held on 11th August,2013

The forms for the exam shall be available 4th May,2013 and the last date to apply is 5th June,2013
