Where can I apply for M.Tech in Nort India or Pune?

my gate score:-315 score:--24 rank:-20285 %--85% general computer branch where can i apply for mtech in north india or pune????????? north india(punjab,dehli,himchal.haryana,uthrakhand) thanks |

Its not about the region. I believe its about the Institute /College which is good for M.Tech in terms of education as well as research and placements too. look for all the opportunities ,you can get . Then choose the best from them. There are many good colleges in North India and In south side. Look at the better side always.
