From where can I come to know about jobs notification in Government IT companies?

I am a B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering graduate with 71.27% passed out in 2013 and I got 92.10% in my Intermediate education in 2009. I had also scored good marks with 89% in my 10th standard. Respected experts and job holders and HRs please tell me whether can I get software job now in 2019 after all these gap years I have been preparing for government and banking exams.
