The Application form for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination is only available on its official website. The application forms can not be obtained from any bank or elsewhere.

The whole procedure to fill the application form goes like this:

Fill up the online application form and submit.
Once you submit it, you are supposed to receive an online confirmation page.
Paste your photograph, put you signature along with left hand thumb impression.
Get the confirmation signed by your guardian.
Attach the bank draft
