for Haryana counselling..you need to apply separately..they take students based on their AIEEE rank..the best college in HARYANA is YMCA,Faridabad..then comes manvsthali and then there is CITM,Faridabad..these are some of the top colleges of Haryana..
the forms for Haryana counselling will be available at your nearest book depot..they will be out in february
