It will be available from the address given below by paying Rs.1200/- for general candidates and Rs.300 for SC/BC individuals. Payment will be done in cash.

Deputy Registrar, Publications Cell, M.D. University, Rohtak-124001.
Application form could also be available by sending a DD of Rs.1250 for general individuals and Rs.300/- for the SC/ST individuals.DD will be sent in favor of the Finance Officer, M.D. University, Rohtak payable at State Bank of India, M.D.University, Rohtak.

Application form are also available on MDU site through a bank draft payable in favor of the Finance Officer, M.D. University, Rohtak.Rs 1200 will be charged for the general Individuals and Rs.300 will be charged for the SC/ST individuals as an application fee.
