Will I be able to do M.Tech in Mechanical after doing B.Tech in IT? What are the courses available?

I have done my Btech in Information Technology can I be able do my Mtech in mechanical Engineering.What are the courses available.

no,it is not possible to do mtech in mechanical engineering after btech in it
