I am a student of m.sc.IT.will I be eligible for GATE..& how many percentage required for GATE in M.Sc.IT ?

You are eligible for GATE exam as master's degree holders in any branch of
science/maths./computer application/statistics etc. are eligible for it.

As such there is no percentage restriction to appear the GATE examination
but individual institutions may have such criteria other than GATE score.
e.g., Most of the IITs allow admission to only those who have 65% or equivalent
marks in the qualifying examination.

sir i got 50 % in bca & currenty pur
suing mca .i f i got 65% in mca then .i will get admission in iit through gate.aur i have to score more % in mca

Yes, you are eligible for GATE after M.Sc in IT. No specific percentage is required to apply. Pass in the concerned subject is enough. There are no age restrictions for GATE. You can attend the test any number of times.

You are eligible to write GATE.The students who have bachelor degree in engineering/architecture/pharmacy ,master degree holders,students in the final year of BTech are eligible to write GATE.Once more thing is there is no restriction of percentage in your M.Sc. to write GATE,only thing is you have to pass in the M.Sc.

sir I have PASSED M.SC. WITH ORGANIC CHEMISTRY SECURING 57 % MARKS. AM I ELLIGIBLE FOR APPEARING IN GATE EXAM.
