will i get government college in general rank 7911 and girls rank 1020....please tell me the government college

First of tell me for which exam you got this rank.
from girls rank i got it .it may be of UPTU.

For getting upsc govt college you rank should be under 3000 for good branch.
but for hbit kanpur you rank should be under 1500 for lower branch too.

but i tell you can get lower branch in some govt college.
