i their any age limit for the mca course.
i want to join this course and want to become a software engineer.

OF COURSE NOT..AGE LIMIT IS NOT MENTIONED IN ANY OF THE MCA ENTRANCE EXAMS.BUT REMEMBER YOU SHOULD ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MENTIONED BELOW:-


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

THE MCA COURSE PRE-REQUISITES DEMAND THAT THE STUDENT ENTERING MCA MUST BE

-A GRADUATE IN ANY DISCIPLINE WITH MATHEMATICS AS ONE OF THE SUBJECTS AT 10+2 LEVEL OR AT GRADUATION, WITH 5O% (45% IN CASE OF BACKWARD CLASS CANDIDATE AGGREGATE IN GRADUATION.

-SOME INSTITUTES EVEN RESTRICT IT TO A FIRST CLASS MATHS GRADUATE.

ENTRANCE EXAMS:-

DIFFERENT COLLEGES /UNIVERSITIES CONDUCT DIFFERENT MCA ENTRANCE EXAMS WHICH ARE AVAILABLE IN RESPECTIVE WEB-SITES.


• AIMCET (ALL INDIA MCA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST) WAS ALSO
CONDUCTED FOR IIT, ROORKEE. AT THE SAME TIME THERE ARE
SEPARATE TESTS FOR SEPARATE UNIVERSITIES / INSTITUTES ACROSS INDIA SUCH AS NIMCET, PUNE UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAM, JNU-MCA etc..

• MOST OF THE MCA ENTRANCE TESTS ARE PURELY OBJECTIVE IN NATURE.

I am 35 yrs old woman & now i wanted to learn C, C , Oracle & other database applications. Please suggest me is it possible to me?

I am a Bsc IT graduate with 3 years of experience in non IT field and now i want to pursue MCA and get back into IT will there be any issue in placement considering my past experience and my age.

ELIGIBILITY:

1)THE CANDIDATE SHOULD COMPLETE THE DEGREE(BSC) FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY

MCA - Masters in Computer Applications

This is one of the top most course in INDIA related to the study of IT, Softwares, Computers, etc.
BCA is the Bachelor in Computer Applications is the graduation course for this one, whereas the MCA is again a full time 3 year post graduation course.

The Basic Eligibility Criteria to take up MCA are as follows :-

1. You should be a minimum graduate in ANY stream from any recognized college or university.

2. You should have studied Mathematics as the compulsory subject in either 12th class or as a subject in your graduation.

3. Now since MCA is a post graduation course, it doesn't have any age not attempt limits.

So according to your query, I would say that there is NO AGE LIMIT for the MCA course.

Also note that all the BCA graduates are always eligible for the MCA. So you can take up this course and then become software Engineer.

* MCA stands For Master in Computer Applications.

* Nowadays , many students want to pursue MCA because of the rapid development of IT , and companies hiring IT graduates.

The required criteria to pursue MCA are :

* you must have completed your graduation in any stream from a recognized college / university.

* you must have passed your 12th with PCM i.e., Maths must be a subject in either 12th or in your graduation.

* There is no required limitations for pursuing MCA.

In General Those students who have completed their BCA are more profitable if they want to Pursue MCA.

ofcourse not, there is no age limit for studying whether it be MCA, Science or arts. The only things required is your will for study. And as for studying MCA is concerned, You must meet following criteria:
You must have the graduation.
Your graduation must be of 3 years.
Your colleges must be recognized from a board or UGC.
And you must secured 50% marks in the graduation course if you want to get good college for the MCA course.
Also, you must have Maths in either 12th class or at the graduation level.

There is no age limit mentioned in the eligibility criteria of MCA course. Most of the Colleges/Institutes offering MCA course needs the candidates to be a graduate in any stream with Mathematics as a subject at the plus two level.

Generally, the students have to get an entrance test for admission to an MCA program.

Age is never stop study anyone can do study at any time.
so you can do c,c++,oracle and many more languages.
you can do these languages from any computer institute which provide these facilities.And after that you can apply for job and can get good job.

MCA stands for the Master's in Computer Application. It is a 2 year full time post graduation program which is the advanced course of BCA i.e Bachelor in Computer Applications.
Now coming to the Basic Eligibility Criteria for a candidate to take up MCA :
1. You need to be a minimum graduate in any stream.
2. You must have studied Mathematics as one of your subjects, either in your 12th class or in your graduation.
3. There is no age or attempt limit for this course.
So now as you say, that you have studied BCA, but did not take up 10 + 2 , I would like to inform you that you can STILL DO MCA.
You have done BCA which has Maths in it. So in that case you are certainly eligible for MCA.
You can join the college in which you want to join MCA. Go Ahead.

Sir my age is 28 8 am doing mca and i cant join any company for my age .. they dont allow any one who crossed age ... Yea you can do mca , but you cant find or apply for job .
