You can have many job options after M.com. You can apply for private firms as well as government jobs. You can attend the NET/SET exam if interested to join the academic fields. By qualifying in the NET/SET exam, you can get in to lecture positions in government colleges or universities. You can also apply for the Bank jobs. You can have plenty of opportunities in the job market. It's upto you to decide as where you want to make you career, I mean to say that in private or public sector. For public sector companies you need to appear for written test and personal interview and then you get the job offer. Where as in private companies you just need to face 2-3 rounds of interview and get attractive salary package and easily climb the ladder in the organisation. So you need to think twice and decide the good as per your aim in life. You can even apply for banking jobs and study well for it.
