I want to join in railway. there are any job for BE with IT branch in a Railway

yes a computer science engineer can also join Indian railway under signal section..and there are lots of other opportunity for computer science branch similar to other electrical branches in all government jobs like
government jobs available for B.E ECE students are

RPF Sub Inspectors / Constables Examination

Eligibility

For Executive Branch - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized University
Your age should be between 20 and 25 years for Sub-Inspectors.

Non-technical Cadre Examination

Non-technical Cadre Examination conducted every year by the different Railway
Recruitment Boards (RRB) situated across the country.

These Examinations are conducted for the positions such as Clerks, Assistant Station
Masters, Ticket-Collectors, Train Clerks etc.

Technical Cadre Examination

All the positions are filled on the basis of written tests and interviews.

Qualifying tests are held in two stages:

Preliminary Exam
Main Exam
