I have completed my GNIIT and B.Sc(IT) from NIIT. So am I eligible for IBPS PO and IT Officer recruitment exams?

IBPS stand for the Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection. It conducts common written exam for post of clerk and probationary officer in different nationalized banks.

For probationary officer and clerical post, you must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So, you are eligible for the IBPS PO entrance exam after doing bachelor of science in information technology from NIIT.

The age limit is 20-30 years. Upper age relaxation is given to reserved candidates. The dates for 2015 PO entrance exam is over. So you must wait for next year notification for the IBPS PO exam. The notification for Specialist Officer will be released in November.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the IBPS PO and the IT officer after the B.Sc( IT ) from the NIIT.

The examination is conducted by the IBPS every year for the PO and the eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the graduation from any recognised university.
* Candidates age must be between the 21-30 years and relaxation in the age per the government norms.

So you can appear for the examination but the application form for the IBPS 2015 is closed. So you have to wait for the next year. The examination is conducted every year and the examination is conducted in three stages and it is mandatory to qualify in each stages for the final recruitment in the job.

Yes, you are eligible for IBPS PO and IT officer exam.

Only those candidates who have completed graduation degree from a recognized university are eligible for IBPS PO exam.

Your age should not be less than 20 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines that is 3 years for OBCs and 5 years for SC/ST category candidates.

Minimum - 20 Years and Maximum -35 Years

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection ) conducts IBPS PO and IBPS IT OFFICER every year..

I am sorry to say that you are only eligible for IBPS PO not for IT OFFICER..

--student must possess 4 year Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation

OR

--Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level

--Post Graduate Engineering Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications

--Age limit: 20 to 30 years.. Relaxation will be given to reserved category students
