My friend has done direct B.Com from YCMOU, after passing entrance exam taken by YCMOU, As he has not passed 10th or 12th std. The study centre had told him that after passing the entrance exam he can apply for direct B.Com or B.A and this result will be eligible to all government services, is it true can he apply for the same and can he apply for the MPSC OR UPSC.
