Actually my date of birth is 09/02/93 can I appear for the airmen recruitment rally at Gujarati in the month of december? I am 12th pass.

You are not eligible for airmen recruitment rally in gujarath because age should be between 20 and 17 year but your age is 22 now.
The minimum eligibility for airmen are:
12th pass with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% in english or 3 years diploma in engineering with 50% aggregate.
Date of birth should be between 1.8.95 and 30.11.98.
Physically fit.
