I am a final year AMAeSI student. Whats the procedure for getting job as an engineer in Air India? Provide me the information about Air India jobs.

There are 3 posts offered by AirIndia for engineers, i.e. RT Operator, Ramp Service Agent, Trainee Cabin Crew.

Trainee Cabin Crew:
-Graduates from any field are eligible for this post.
-Candidates will be given a stipend of Rs.10,000/- per month during their training period. After completion of the training, candidates initial salary is Rs.31,500/- per month which will increase depending upon your performance.
-Selection process consists of Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT) and a written test. The test will be conducted in a sequence.

RT Operator:
-Graduates from Computer Science or Information Technology are eligible for this post.
-Selection process only consists of Interview.
-Candidates will be given stipend of Rs.16000/- per month.

Ramp Service Agent:
-Pay scale varies from Rs.13000/- per month to Rs.16000/- per month.
-Graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Production and Automobile engineering are are eligible for this post.
-Selection process consist of a Trade Test including driving HMV / LMV followed by Personal Interview.

Submission of Application Fee:
Candidates can apply for the post by online or offline means. Application fee is needed to be submitted through demand-draft in favor of AirIndia Ltd payable at Delhi or Chennai depending upon the region you are applying for.
