Can anyone please tell me that which
books are favourable for CDS OTA?
I want to know that what marks I
have to score for qualify in CDS OTA?

Cutoff Marks required to Qualify CDS OTA Examination: (as per previous result record)

For OTA (Men) Category:

CDS OTA Written Examination Result:

The minimum qualifying mark in each subject is - 12 Marks
Aggregate marks of a last qualified candidate - 76 marks

CDS OTA Final Result:

The Total marks of last recommended Candidate - 158 marks

For OTA (Women) Category:

CDS OTA Written Examination Result:

The minimum qualifying mark in each subject is - 12 Marks
Aggregate marks of a last qualified candidate - 76 marks

CDS OTA Final Result:

The Total marks of last recommended Candidate - 159 marks

OTA exam stands for Officer Training Academy which is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

Eligibility for OTA exam:

You should have passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university. Appearing in final year candidates are also eligible.

Your age should be between 19-24 years. You must be citizen of India.

You must be physically as well as mentally fit.

Scheme of Examination:

English 100 marks

General knowledge 100 marks

Elementary Mathematics 100 marks

You must score minimum 40% marks in OTA exam. It is not the cutoff.

Cutoff is not fixed it varies with merit.
