I was appear for the income tax officer exam and there was an question stated "Define residential complex for purpose of service tax" can you please answer the same to me?

"Residential Complex for purpose of service tax" is defined as:

>>Any complex comprising of building or building having more than 12 residential units. It must have one or more facilities like parks, lift, parking space, community space, common water supply, effluent treatment system.
