I am souvick das of b.tech 3rd year (civil engineering) studying at UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT, JAIPUR. I want to do winter training at NTPC.

I will be highly obliged to you sir if you kindly tell me the details to apply for NTPC.

Yes there is training given in NTPC for Engineering students. Civil Engineering also omes under this and they also were one of the part in NTPC Industry.

You have to get proper letter from your College department officials and forward it to concerned department in the Industry. They will filter some candidates from that list and the scanned one will be allowed to get training from them. If you have any relative in that company then you might have a greater chance since they can refer you to do the training. Possibly it will be given for a week or 10 days.
