Winter season vacation is usually short in most part of India. Hence the time for training is usually limited. As a result a person can usually do a training of two or three weeks. Various organizations conduct training courses for two weeks. Even NTPC conducts such training courses. The application forms are usually released in the month of October-November. You need to get the application either online or from the concerned branch. Then you need to fill it up completely and send it to the specified address within the stipulated date along with the necessary documents asked and demand draft of training fees.
