Yes, they recruit MCA fresher. They also conduct placements to get the right candidates. You can apply for in Oil India Limited if you meet the eligibility criteria for the same. As a fresher you will not be getting salary as per your expectation. A fresher gets around INR 1,80,000 to 2,20,000 pa. Salary also depends how you performed at interview. If you have experience of 1-2 years may earn up to 2,50,000 pa.
