I have completed my M.Sc in Botany. I want to ask you that am I eligible to apply for IBPS Specialist Officer recruitment exam? Please tell me asap.

No, you are not eligible for IBPS SO recruitment.

Educational qualification:-

4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/Fishery Science/Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/Agro-Forestry.

Age criteria:-

Minimum age-20 years

Maximum age-30 years

Age of Relaxation :

SC/ST : 5 years
OBC : 3 years
Persons With Disability : 10 years

Being a postgraduate degree holder, you are eligible to apply for IBPS Specialist Officer exam .

IBPS conducts Specialist Officer CWE exams once in a year to make recruitment for different officer posts in the Bank.

The eligibility criteria to apply for IBPS Specialist Officer recruitment exam are as under :-

-The candidate should have passed Graduation or any equivalent degree or post graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit should be in between 21 years to 30 years.There will be relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories candidates Government.

-Selection of candidates are made based on their performance in written test and personal interview.

Can Msc. Botany apply for this job?
